Acrylic Fabrication
Acrylic is a very popular choice for clients producing promotional displays. Its popularity stems from its high quality appearance. Acrylic is a crisp clear translucent material that can be tinted to any colour required. LK-POS can offer the material in various colours, thicknesses and finishes.

Blister Packaging
Today, it is not just the product that appeals to the consumer. Packaging is now a very important part of the overall product offering. At LK-POS, we work closely with each client to pin-point their packaging needs. Our blister packaging solutions help to conceal, protect and display an item in the best possible way. Each blister is made from thin gage PVC, a clear, crisp material. We offer three types of packaging:

Clampack
Can be folded and sealed

Slide-On
Can incorporate card into the packaging. E.g. batteries Heat Sealed/welded Tamper proof, ideal for electronic parts

Heat Sealed/welded
Tamper proof, ideal for electronic parts

All blisters can be displayed free standing or with a Euro slot, ready for hanging. All material used for packaging is of food grade standard.

ABS/Engineering

ABS is one of the most popular materials used in the vacuum forming industry for items that require rigidity, strength and long lasting durability. LK-POS are well known for the expertise in producing parts in ABS for industries such as auto motive, engineering, health and safety and hospitality. The flexibility for use with this material ranges from machine guards in all sectors of industry including contruction, automotive and footwear, to Insulated Ice Well units within pubs, restaurants and bar areas.

ABS can be acrylic capped and is therefore very adaptable to usage where appearance is as important as use. It offers a high gloss surface finish, and is commonly used in the sanitary industry as well as health and beauty sector.
